Cream Caramel
This is my all time favorite desert. suke mkn, suke buat..nyumm nyumm...resepi yg sangat simple tapi sangat sedap.so here goes..-sebenarnyer dah lama aku upload gambar ni..cuma termls lak nak update. sorry yer...
Bahan²
4 biji telur ayam gred B
1 tin evaporated milk
1 camca kecil Essence of Vanilla
1/2 cup of Sugar-for the caramel
1/4 cup Sugar-for the batter
1. Cairkan gula (1/2 cup) bersama sedikit air.(sedikit jer tau). cairkan dan biar gula sehingga warnanya bertukar fr transparent kepada golden mcm ni n agak pekat.Make sure sentiasa stir supaya gula x hangit.Setelah itu, masukkan ke dlm loyang n ketepikan.
1.Pukul telur sehingga well-mixed along with rest of the sugar.Dlm periuk lain, masukkan susu cair bersama essence of vanilla on low fire sampai mendidih. here..bile the milk starts to bubble, terus tutup api n set aside tp jgn sampai terlalu sejuk. Kemudian campurkan telur n susu in another bowl.Then masukkan ke dlm loyang yg dah ader caramel tadi.The caramel should be keras by now. Masukkan ke dlm steamer n cover loyang with aluminium foil supaya air x masuk lam cream caramel kiter.Biar hingga masak for about 45mins- 1 hour.
Dah siap tu..keluarkan dr steamer n biar sejuk. at this point kalau nak masukkan lam peti ais pun boleh, n cuma turn over bile nak hidangkan.Atas ni gambar Cream caramel yg belum di terbalikkan.
3. Mcm ni lah rupa cream caramel yg dah di terbalikkan n ready utk di mkn. huhuhu. REMEMBER!! Cream Caramel sedap sangat kalau sejuk but, it is also nice when its warm.

*utk penggunaan telur ayam yg berlainan Gred, sekiranya korang nk pakai gred C n D, cuma tambah satu telur but bhn2 lain, x yah tambah.
*utk tambah kelainan pd cream caramel, korang pun leh masukkan hirisan limau nipis n orange. jangan banyak sangat but just nice to give xtra zing sebab kalau terlebih, nnt pajit lak.
